Your guarantee

I, the guarantor named in this form, agree with Flex Mobility Limited (Route) that:

I guarantee that the driver in section A will make every payment due and return the vehicle when required under their Route agreement.
If the driver does not pay within 14 days of Route’s written notice, Route may demand the amount from me, and I will pay within 14 days of that demand.
My liability is limited to the amounts the driver owes under the agreement at the time of demand, plus Route’s reasonable costs of recovering them.
Drive-to-Own only: I am one of two guarantors. We are liable jointly and severally, so Route may claim the full amount from either of us.
My guarantee continues until the driver has paid in full and the vehicle is returned or its ownership is transferred. Route will tell me of any default and will release me in writing at the end.
I consent to Route verifying my identity, address and employment, and processing my details under the Route Privacy Policy for this guarantee only.
I have read the driver’s agreement, the information I have given is true, and I have had the chance to take independent advice.
